About 9xbd – Bangladesh's Complete Online Gaming Platform
Built for Bangladesh players from day one — live casino, cricket betting, slots, and instant local payments under one roof.
Our Story
Who We Are and Why We Built 9xbd
9xbd was built with one clear purpose: to give players across Bangladesh access to a complete, fair, and enjoyable online gaming experience without the frustrations that had become common on other platforms. Before 9xbd, many Bangladesh players faced slow payment processing, a limited game library, and customer support that did not understand the local market. We set out to change that from the ground up.
The platform launched with a focus on three things that Bangladesh players told us they cared about most: fast deposits and withdrawals via bKash and Nagad, a wide selection of cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches, and a mobile-first experience that works reliably on the Android devices that most players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, and Khulna use every day. We have built and refined 9xbd around those priorities ever since.
Today 9xbd is a platform that Bangladesh players trust for their daily gaming sessions — whether that is a quick slot session during a lunch break in Dhaka, an evening live casino session from Chittagong, or following a BPL match with live in-play bets from anywhere in the country. We are proud of what we have built and remain committed to making 9xbd better with every update.

Mission & Values
What 9xbd Stands For
Every decision we make at 9xbd comes back to four core values that have guided the platform since day one. These are not marketing statements — they are the practical standards we hold ourselves to and that our players expect from us.
Player Trust
We earn trust by being consistent: fast payouts, transparent bonus terms, honest game odds, and support that actually resolves issues. 9xbd does not make promises it cannot keep. When something goes wrong, we fix it and communicate clearly.
Local Relevance
9xbd is not a generic international casino with a Bangladesh payment method bolted on. It was designed specifically for the Bangladesh market — the game selection reflects what Bangladesh players enjoy, the promotions are tied to local sporting events and cultural moments like Eid and Pohela Boishakh, and the support team understands the local context.
Responsible Play
9xbd is for adults aged 21 and above. We take responsible gaming seriously and provide deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion tools directly in the account dashboard. We actively encourage players to set budgets and take breaks. If gambling is causing you stress, 9xbd's support team can connect you with the right resources.
Continuous Improvement
9xbd is not a finished product. We listen to player feedback and release regular updates — new game categories, improved payment flows, faster withdrawal processing, and a better mobile interface. The platform you use today is meaningfully better than it was six months ago, and we intend to keep that pace of improvement going.
Our Journey
How 9xbd Has Grown
9xbd has grown steadily since launch, driven by player feedback and a clear focus on the Bangladesh market. Here are some of the milestones that have shaped the platform into what it is today.
Platform Launch
9xbd launched with a core game library, bKash and Nagad payment support, and a live cricket betting section timed around BPL season. The reception from players in Dhaka and Chittagong was immediate and encouraging.
Live Casino Expansion
9xbd expanded its live casino section, adding Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live tables. Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, and Andar Bahar quickly became the most played titles among Bangladesh players, confirming the demand for local-flavour live table games.
Slots & Crash Games
The slots library grew past 1,000 titles as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming content was integrated. Crash games including Aviator became a significant part of the platform, attracting a younger demographic of Bangladesh players looking for quick-session entertainment.
Platform-Wide Improvements
Following extensive player feedback, 9xbd rolled out faster withdrawal processing, an improved mobile interface, additional payment partners including Rocket and Upay, and expanded responsible gaming tools. The platform now covers all major cities — Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.
We are still growing. New game categories, improved features, and expanded support options are part of the active development roadmap for 9xbd. Player feedback continues to shape every release, which is why 9xbd improves faster than platforms that do not actively engage with their user base.
Our Players
Who Plays at 9xbd
9xbd serves adult players aged 21 and above across Bangladesh who enjoy online casino games, sports betting, or both. Our player base spans every major city and division — from Dhaka and Chittagong to Cox's Bazar, Sylhet, Rangpur, and beyond. What unites 9xbd players is a preference for a platform that feels built for them: local payments that work instantly, game content that includes the titles they actually want to play, and support that is available when they need it.
Cricket is the single biggest sport in Bangladesh, and 9xbd reflects that — cricket betting is consistently the most active section of the platform during BPL, IPL, and international T20 fixture periods. Football is the second most popular betting sport, with the Bangladesh Premier League football season and major European leagues both drawing strong interest. Casino players tend to gravitate toward live dealer tables, particularly Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, and Andar Bahar, because those games combine familiar card-game mechanics with the energy of a real dealer and real-time results.
Regardless of what brings a player to 9xbd, we want the experience to be straightforward, safe, and enjoyable. We are not trying to be the platform for every country in every market — we are focused on being the best platform specifically for Bangladesh players, and that focus is what makes 9xbd different.
Playing Responsibly
Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
9xbd is a platform for entertainment — it is not a way to make money or solve financial problems. We are transparent about this and we back it up with practical tools: deposit limits let you cap how much you put into your account per day or per week; session time reminders alert you when you have been playing for a set period; and a self-exclusion option lets you take a break from the platform entirely if you need one. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings. Players aged 21 and above are the only ones permitted on 9xbd, and age verification is part of the standard KYC process.
If you feel that gambling is no longer entertainment and is causing you or someone around you distress, please reach out to 9xbd support or visit our Responsible Gaming page for guidance. We take these situations seriously and are here to help direct players to the appropriate support resources. Playing on 9xbd should always be something you enjoy — if it stops feeling that way, please stop and seek support.
