1. Eligibility & Age Requirements

• Minimum age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use any service on 9xbd. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or participating in any gambling activity on this platform.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on 9xbd. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension without prior notice.
• Geographic access: 9xbd services are intended for players in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws in their jurisdiction.
• No third-party play: Accounts may not be used by anyone other than the registered account holder. Playing on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your account, is not permitted under any circumstances.
• Verification rights: 9xbd reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, address, and payment method at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction or closure.

2. Account Registration & Security

• Accurate information: When registering, you must provide complete and accurate personal details including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact number linked to your bKash or Nagad account. Submitting false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. Notify 9xbd immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Password responsibility: Choose a strong, unique password for your 9xbd account and do not share it with anyone. 9xbd will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Be vigilant against phishing attempts.
• KYC compliance: 9xbd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity documents before withdrawing funds. This process helps protect players and maintain a safe platform environment.
• Account currency: All transactions on 9xbd are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol used across the platform refers exclusively to BDT. Any currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the player's responsibility.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

5. Prohibited Activities

• Fraud and collusion: Any cheating, player collusion, use of automated bots, software exploits, or strategies designed to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited. Detection will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonuses, free spins, or promotional credits in a way that is inconsistent with genuine recreational play is forbidden. This includes opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
• Reverse withdrawal abuse: Repeatedly reversing withdrawal requests back to your casino balance without completing genuine additional gameplay constitutes abusive behaviour and may lead to withdrawal restrictions on your account.
